This house had been on BRVO for 3 years and had excellent rating. Management changed.
Brand new 2020 construction. Super cozy and clean home only a few minutes from Thomasville award winning downtown with brick-paved streets, restaurants, and boutiques. Open floor-plan with three bedrooms is great for a family, FSU & FAMU fans or just to get away and see what Thomasville is all about. Down the street is a public park with a huge pond to enjoy.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025The Linens needs to be updated. The bedding needs to be replaced. I stayed here some years ago and the bedding was fine. Other than that everything else was fine.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025The property was very nice and on surface appeared clean. However, upon returning from a Friday night baseball game we found several roaches in the bedroom and crawling all over the couch living room. I contacted the host and he advised they had never had a problem with roaches and possibly they were flying roaches.that flew in if the door was open too long.On Saturday my husband killed five roaches in the bathroom and found a bug bait behind the toilet. My niece found that there was a lot of old food debris under the couch.We kept all of our things zipped in bags while we were there.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Due to the high cost of hotels in Tallahassee the weekend of the FSU game we looked outside of Talle and found this great house that slept 6. It was a clean, up dated 3 bedroom home with all the amenities we needed. Thomasville is a neat town with every thing you might need. We will definitely stay here again next time in town.
