Stayed Oct 4, 2018This property is very convenient if you are looking to stay at Seacrest. You are literally steps from the awesome pool. And the beach is very walkable even with a load or you can take the tram which passes by all the time since you are on one of the main streets going in and out of community. Easy walk to Rosemary Square or Alys Beach, just a couple of blocks either direction. The house is well decorated, in a beachy theme. All of the beds and pillows were comfortable. I will admit there is one chair that is just for looks because it is uncomfortable, and I am not a fan of the couches that just have multiple cushions for the back rest. But we were at the beach and did not hang out there much any way. The house has 6 decks and we spent time on the upper ones, the lower ones did not have furniture. My main negative is there is no yard at all, but a lot of homes in Seacrest are like this. The front yard is 2 parking spaces and the back yard is 3 parking spaces overlooking a street. The bikes and chairs were a plus and rental company is easy to deal with at Rosemary square, although they did not in form me that painters would be there for a couple of days(painted outside of house, did not affect our stay). Overall we hated to leave, but Hurricane Michael forced us out a little early, Here is a warning--The RED TIDE is real. Most people limit there time oceanside because everyone is sitting there coughing, and there are dead fish in the water (not a lot but enough), you cant smell it but there is an agitant in the air, especially bad for people with breathing issues.

Stayed Jun 23, 2018We wouldn't stay at this house again. Only thing going for it was close to pool furniture was ugly and uncomfortable no front porch furniture and beach chairs were old wooden rosemary beach chairs too heavy to carry. Beach towels were cheap rough bath towels .worst house I've ever stayed in seacrest

Stayed Jul 15, 2017This is a nice house that was quite functional for our needs, although it is very bare bones in terms of kitchen wares, and utilitarian furniture. The patio furniture on the third floor deck was broken and fairly useless. The exterior door locks were very temperamental. The included bikes and backpack chairs were great! The good. Location across from the pool entrance yet stilll close to the beach was great considering many Seacreast houses are quite a haul from either. The bad. The shared easement arrangement between Seacrest and Sunset is almost militant. Not being able to ride bikes across 30A to the beach access was a huge let down to our kids, especially when this is a nice perk of Rosemary Beach. The UGLY. The beach service is getting to be so obnoxious that I think we will look for other areas of FL, or at least if 30A. Sea crest/Sunset in particular had beach chair rentals set up 3 rows deep with only a 75 ft swath open for everybody else. This was despite the fact half of the rentals sat empty. I understand access is not always public, but actual beach space used to be. Not sure if the county sold the rights to the rental companys or what, but it is ridiculous and greedy.
