Casita Sol | Pet Friendly, Siesta Key Duplex Home w/ Pool & Private Beach Access Included!

It was a great stay with my family. Its location is good. It is close to beach, 7 eleven and restaurants in a wlking distance. It seems that the property was renovated recently, has a morden look and is very clean. The front and back yard have enough space, chairs to take a rest and grills for steaks. The managing team quickly reponded to our requests and tried to resolve any issues. The welcome cup cakes were nice touch.

The unit was beautiful and the staff at the management company was very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place had been completely redone after the hurricane and we were the first to stay there. It was wonderful! It had everything we could possibly need. Great location to beach, restaurants and shopping

We loved this cozy beach cottage and the amenities it provided (e.g., cooler, wagon, boards). The location is great not only for beach access and some great local establishments, but also easy access to venture into Sarasota. To top it off, the management staff were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip.

We spent a week at Casita Mar. We have visited siesta key many times and I felt this property was the best location. The property was clean upon arrival and calming music was playing. The management company was very responsive.

We had such a great time here. It was a perfect little space for us especially with the kids and their own room. Enough space to store food to eat in, relax after a long day out, a hottub to relax in before bed. We enjoyed every minute. We will likely be back. Also had some pretty great neighbors.

Very nice place and so close to the beach! Having beach service was also a plus! Everything you needed was there. Close to everything! We did not even have to rent a car. Dean from the Cottage team was Awesome! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental property. The house was clean, beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located close to everything. It's located 3-5 min walking distance from the beach, short walk to the restaurants, pharmacy and 7 eleven. There's a nice cafe on the shopping plaza directly across the street that serves good breakfast and brunch food. The house is good for a family of 3 to 4 people. There's only one bathroom, and it is rather small. Adding a towel rack or hanging a door hook to hang wet towels would be nice. I will recommend this house to my family and friends.

Great cottage just a described! Especially loved the welcome cupcakes, cleanliness of the cottage, location and access to amenities like the pool, beach and chairs and hot tub!- wonderful stay!
