Stayed Jul 3, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a quick trip to the beach and coming back to pool was fun. There were board games for our kids. We loved staying here. I highly recommend staying for 4th of July. We saw so many Beautiful fireworks. We would stay here again. Lots of close beaches and restaurants.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023We had an amazing stay at this location (Bob’s place)! We are a family of four (with grown children) with pets, and were all quite comfortable in this home. We were able to walk to the beach and use the bikes at the house. We visited Nokomis Beach daily, then came back to enjoy the pool and cool off. My family enjoyed jet skiing and walking along the beach. We even got to see a beautiful manatee at the North Jetty! Bob was helpful and very easy to reach. We had an emergency one evening and he helped me find an emergency vet. I was grateful as our dogs are precious to us! My family would definitely come back and recommend this comfortable beautiful home. Not to mention… Nokomis is our new happy place!

Stayed Jul 7, 2023Very nice house and great location. And pool was nice for cooling off after the beach. Only one thing I would suggest. Please make the house cooler before your guests arrive. It’s too hot this time of year to have the AC set on 80. Otherwise is a great VRBO. Thanks for having us

Stayed Dec 24, 2022The unit was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. New master bath. Host very responsive to any questions. We were there when there was a cold spell so we were not able to enjoy the pool.
