Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire space+garage. There is parking nearby but only if available. The garage only fits 2 cars, and all must be stored by 12 AM. No cars can be left on the driveway overnight.

The area is wonderful! This home is in a very quiet and friendly community HOA. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Convenient access to the El Tour de Tucson cycling event. Other Things to Note:

Pool/Commons Area: We are not responsible for the pool or commons area. If there are any issues or concerns, please let us know so we can reach out to our HOA. Our community keeps this area clean, with weekly maintenance.

Garage Access: You will have access to a garage! A remote is provided for easy entry.

️ Trash Service: Scheduled trash pickup is handled via garage access with a keypad. Service providers only enter the garage area. Please do not leave the interior door unlocked or store personal items in the garage.

Fees: Lost or broken garage door opener will incur a $200 fee.

☀️ Summer Heat Advisory: Arizona can experience extreme heat. The AC system is designed to maintain comfort, but during excessive heat it may take longer to cool. Please use energy mindfully.



Mail & Package Disclaimer:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.



Important Note – No Pets Allowed

This home maintains a strict pet‑free environment to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine.
