Stayed Feb 24, 2017This apartment was exactly as depicted (good job on the photos, Jonatha!) and we enjoyed our two-night stay at the end of a longer Italian vacation. If planning again, we would stay here longer! We arrived on a rainy day and welcomed the fireplace upon our return from dinner. Our host had suggested a local restaurant that was superb, and we sat by the fireside letting our wonderful dinner digest. We woke up in the mornings to sunshine and a splendid view from our window of the Tuscan hills, complete with the local castle at the top of a hill across the fields. Neighboring dogs greeted the morning with each passing creature, but we accepted that as part of life in the country. Poggimonsi is a small city, but larger than we expected, with all needed stores and services a short drive from the apartment.
