Lovely home, great location and even better backyard. Pool was heated to a good temperature in order to swim in December. My husband and I traveled with our golden pup and he couldn’t have enjoyed the pool more! Huge thanks for allowing him to enjoy the amenities as well!Bonus that the house was decorated for Christmas!A few tips/recommendations - with being a pet friendly rental be aware of any poisonous plants. The snake plant is toxic to dogs. Another would be different living room furniture. While the couch is stylish it’s not very comfortable after a long day in the sun. If we traveled with more people there isn’t anywhere comfortable to relax in the evening. Thank you!!

This house is a tropical Oasis!! Everything that you need for a wonderful vacay! Amazing home in a quiet neighborhood.... Minutes to Indian rocks Beach. The back yard is breath taking! It's private and great for a romantic getaway for a couple or a family vacation. The pool is BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you so much for letting us bring our fur baby. The house is fully stocked with everything that you will need... Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, washer and dryer .....Even bikes!

The pool and lanai made this home an outstanding stay! Relatively private yard. Beautiful pool and lush landscaping. Home was nicely appointed but will say the furniture wasn’t build for a 6’5” human LOL. Couches, chairs, bed… all IKEA sized so that was a bit of a bummer. Location was ideal though!!

Our family of 4 (with 2 young children) stayed at this location for 5 days in April 2025. The host was very responsive and checked in with us several times throughout our stay to ensure our everything was going well. The pool and backyard was a big hit with kids and adults. We loved the outdoor dining area, it included barbecues and a nice place for the adults to unwind after the kids went to bed for the night. The property was well stocked with essential items and had extra perks such as a keurig machine with coffee pods, pool toys, sand toys, bicycles among other day to day essentials. The location is between 5 minutes to 30 minutes from all of the major beaches on the area (depending on which beach you plan to visit). Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

We have family in this area and wanted a nice little place to stay while visiting. Casa Helena checked all my the boxes. Very clean, convenient location close to restaurants, shopping and beach. The pool and backyard is beautiful although we didn’t get to use it much due to weather. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here in future.

Stayed here two weeks, quiet neighborhood, great amenities, convenient location for anyone looking to spend time in St. Pete/Clearwater/Tampa. Highly recommend!

We came from Jacksonville for my sister's wedding and this was a perfect location. Plus it's a pretty and perfectly spread out place. Awesome porch (I left my little fairy lights,). Gorgeous pool but unfortunately too cold to swim.

My husband and I came to Florida for a weeks vacation. We also brought our dog with us. The home was very neat and clean. The amenities that were provided were spot on. Very nice screened in patio with 2 grills. And a very nice clean pool. This nice home is located in a very quiet area just about 10 minutes from the beach. We would recommend staying here and hope to return again!
