Stayed Dec 11, 2024Very nice home. Plenty of room and close to downtown. Plenty of supplies for cooking, etc. hot tub was great! Water does leak out the door in the master bath, which makes a mess, but still a nice shower/bathroom.

Stayed Dec 21, 2023Stayed here for the Gasparilla Bowl (Go Jackets!). Location was great and so were the accommodations. Great outdoor space with a hot tub. House updated and very well kept. Lots of space for a family of 4 (and can accommodate more people). Welcome basket was a very nice touch. Very happy with this booking.

Stayed Mar 29, 2023Overall, the house had a unique smell that was not pleasing. Not sure if it was due to the age of the home but it was uncomfortable. I'm a TV person so the television not working in the master was an issue for me personally. I did not realize the other two rooms didn't have TV's.

Stayed Jan 26, 2023Great location nearby all places we’d planned on visiting over the weekend. All of us felt very safe in the neighborhood…running in the morning and outside in the evening. Hot tub was money during the “cold snap” over the weekend. Coming back for sure. Thanks Laney.

Stayed Dec 22, 2022We had hoped to be able to enjoy downtown area, so this is why we chose the location. Weather prevented that. We were a good 20 minutes from our daughter’s home, so next time, we might choose a larger space closer to her.

Stayed Dec 3, 2022The met our needs well and was close to all the main attractions. The appliances and bathrooms are updated nicely. How can this be even better? It would be nice to solve the ant problem, but it didn’t impact our stay. I would also suggest fixing the floating floor in the kitchen, we torn a few pairs of socks on some that bubbled up.
