Casa Winfield - A North Scottsdale gem w/ amenities galore. A tennis haven!

It was a very good rental and we would recommend it to others. The only reason we are giving it 4 rather than 5 stars is because outdoor furniture is minimal and north facing back yard is not very inviting. Nowhere to sit at the front, where it is warmer, other than the driveway, and the weather was mostly unseasonably cool. Did not like the bar height dining tables both inside and out. Very nice new kitchen appliances and cookware. Master bed was extremely comfortable. The property management rep Wes was very responsive and helpful.

Reviewer Comments: Great rental in friendly community of Winfield with easy to access to shopping nearby and Scottsdale Rd. if you want to venture further into town. Convenient but quiet location. We stayed here for a month and was very pleased. The house was in excellent condition and included all the necessities (kitchen supplies, linens, washer/dryer). One of the best things about this property is that even as a renter you have access to the Winfield clubhouse, pool, and gym (did not try playing tennis). It is close enough to walk to. You have access to the mailbox and can also receive mail at this address. The only peculiarity I'd like to point out about this house is there are no seats or tables at regular height other than the living room couch. All the tables and chairs are at counter height, even the one in the back yard. This got uncomfortable on a daily basis. It is also not suitable for someone in a wheelchair, or in my case, wanted to use a sewing machine. Other than the strange furniture setup, this rental was just about perfect.

Had our grand kids join us for a couple of weekends and had fun in the pool. Everyone we met in Winfield was so nice he loved it.
