Stayed Oct 20, 2025Incredible house with fantastic views in a convenient location. House was extremely spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Location could not have been better. The best part is the amazing view from the 4th floor of the bridge and the Cathedral. Close to may good restaurants and right above the Triana Market. I would return and would highly recommend. Location is central but quiet enough and out of the way. Check in was easy and communication with the property company was great. Note - there is a parking garage next door but the car entrance/exit is on the other side of the street - we had a little confusion when we first got there. Not a big deal as there are plenty of garages on the other side of the bridge as well and it is an easy walk if you don't have a lot of luggage. We have rented many VRBOs, this is in our top 3. You won't regret it.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025This is an amazing property! Views and location were fantastic! Very safe area with many walkable restaurants nearby. The market next to the property was a great place to grab coffee, breakfast or lunch however it is closed on Sundays. Host was immediately reponsive to minor issue with a/c. While this property has a dedicated elevator that works wonderfully inside the unit for floors 2-4, the elevator does not go to the ground level. 14 steps are required to access the unit from outside which includes carrying of luggage. Overall would highly recommend this property!!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Sevilla is one of my favorite cities in the world. Being right at the end of the Triana bridge was amazing. The market downstairs has great spots for a quick breakfast or lunch and fresh fruits and vegetables to bring back to the house. I loved staying there and will plan on booking again for our next trip to Sevilla.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This home is beautiful and well equipped. Each of us was able to have a lovely bedroom, while we were able to come together comfortably in the public spaces. There are beautiful views from many the windows and the enclosed terrace was a particular treat. The location of the home is perfect for exploring both the Triana neighborhood and the old city just across the bridge. We enjoyed having the Triana food market, with all of its delicious treats, right downstairs. Highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to Sevilla!

Stayed Feb 17, 2024We loved this house. Tons of space in an amazing location. The patio is perfect for people watching on the street and rowers on the river no matter what the weather. Well equipped kitchen and well equipped household. Tons of restaurants, food shopping and bars just outside the door!

Stayed Dec 26, 2023This property and the property managers are wonderful. The house was perfect for our party of 7 during the week after Christmas. We were two married couples and three other family members, and everyone had their own room and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone’s privacy and comfort. The first thing I want to mention is how clean this property is. We arrived before check-in time but the manager met us at the house so we could put our bags down. He gave us the full tour at that time too, and the cleaning team was there. I could be mistaken but I believe the cleaning team included one of the homeowners! And they were doing the most thorough job, and were so kind to us. You can tell the pride they all have in this property. It is beautiful and kept up meticulously, and they even had Christmas decorations up everywhere, including a small tree. It was so lovely and inviting. And the location is amazing. It is right next to the Triana market, so we visited that almost every day and got all kinds of goodies there. It is easy to walk to anything you want to see in Seville, including the Catedral, the Alcazar, and all the shopping. My family and I loved this home and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend it - but only if you take good care of it!! It is perfect and we want it to stay that way!
