Great host and communication! The neighborhood is very pleasant and the house is located near desert trails park which was a lovely place to walk the dog each morning! Three of us had to work and the wifi was able to keep up with simultaneous video calls etc. very comfy home and beds. We had a great stay!

Comfortable place and good location for us. However, the 2nd bathroom shower head needs replacing and a coffee pot that turns off automatically would be nice. Thanks!

Very comfortable home, great beds, easy access, loved having a garage door opener which made loading and unloading so much easier. Basic kitchen supplies, some spices and oils. It does need more wine glasses and a large pot and/or casserole dish. Convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Overall a good choice for the Las Cruces area.

Warm and inviting, this was the perfect spot for our family’s visit and getting our recent college graduate settled there to start grad school at NMSU. We felt at home as soon as we walked in, and the corn hole game was a fun family activity! The location is close to everything we needed, and it was comfortable, spacious and peaceful. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was perfect and conveniently located where we needed to be. The hosts were helpful with a side project I had and were familiar with the area. Everything we needed was there.

We enjoyed our Las Cruces stay, which included daily walks, golf, a trip to the Saturday market, a fabulous orchestra concert at NMSU, and dining at some great restaurants. A stay in this comfortable, spacious home was perfect for our visit!

The house was perfect for our stay. The property managers were friendly and communicated with us all the time. The property was well stocked and offered our family a great space to come back to and relax.

We had a wonderful time during our 8 day visit in this lovely, well appointed home. Highly recommend this home and will come back again. The hosts were very accessible and check-in and out was flawless. The bed was so comfortable and the shower fantastic. We loved having the use of the garage with a garage door opener. The location was very private yet accessible to everything. We did so much in Las Cruces: pickleball, golf, 3 national parks, hiking, biking and great restaurants.

This house is very clean and comfortable. It pretty much had everything we needed over the weekend.

Very comfortable and ideally located in the Sonoma Ranch Golf Club. Unit was well furnished and maintained. Hosts responded immediately to a maintenance situation. Will stay again at this location within the next month. A Great Value

We had a really great time in Las Cruces. The host is extremely responsive. Only negative was that we found out there was a “no shoes inside” rule. Wish that had been in the description in the beginning.
