It’s sheltered by gorgeous Cedar, Walnut and Fir Trees, vibrant blooms all spring and summer, and features views of the mountains in both directions, including an expanse of green from the master bathroom shower.

The lower floor living room’s French doors open into a cozy courtyard where you can sip wine in privacy or enjoy dinner at the large picnic table. Or you can sit on the front porch and enjoy a view of Grizzly Peak.

Enjoy a selection of high end coffee and teas, bath products to enjoy as you soak in the oversized tub. Enjoy your favorite libation at the fully stocked bar (provided on the honor system), or cook with a chef’s selection of supplies and spices. Enjoy your favorite shows via included Netflix, Max, AppleTV, Hulu or Peacock account access. Or go screen free and grab a book from the shelf.

Important Items to Note Before you Book

Deposit: because this is a longer term rental (30+ days), a $1,000 deposit will be required and must be received at least 48 hours prior to check up. The deposit is refundable if the home is returned in the condition it was received (not including normal wear and tear). Reservations with an unpaid deposit will be subject to cancellation.

An image of a government ID, full legal name, and address, that matches the guest’s Venmo profile, is REQUIRED PRIOR to receiving the door code for check-in. Copies of legal IDs for any additional guests over the age of 18 are required, as are the full legal names of all guests / occupants under the age of 18. The reservations of guests that do not provide full legal identification prior to check in will subject to cancellation.

With pet cleaning fee ($500) and pet deposit ($1000), *non-shedding*, fully house trained dogs are allowed in the property, and must be disclosed prior to arrival. NO SCRATCHERS, SHEDDERS OR PUPPIES. Shedding dogs or cats unfortunately CANNOT be accommodated under any circumstance; owner is highly allergic and daughter has cystic fibrosis-like health condition that is environmentally triggered, so no exceptions.
