Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Indulge in a delightful selection of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits while enjoying indoor entertainment or cozying up by the inviting fire pit.

There is a mandatory Utility Fee of $35 per night which is reflected in the total cost

Pets are subject to approval and pet fees apply, please message us first.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



To reach the property, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to the Palmer Security Gate, then take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the security guard at the gate.



✔ Garbage: Trash is automatically picked up by Burrtec. The bins are located near the door—simply place your garbage in them on Sunday night, and Burrtec will handle moving them to the street and back on Monday.

✔ Both the firepit and BBQ are natural gas, making them easy to use.

✔ High-speed WiFi (+50 Mbps) is available throughout the house, including the pool area.

✔ Cable TV is provided in all bedrooms and the living room.

✔ Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.



Please note that the golf course is private property. Only registered golfers are allowed on the course—walking or exploring it without permission is considered trespassing by the HOA.



City of La Quinta License: 067361



Any guests not listed on the lease are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send us a list of all the names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be granted access.



Please note that the golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, kindly refrain from accessing the course, as the HOA considers it trespassing.
