The Details:
- Our pool uses solar heating, which is energy-efficient and works with Florida sunshine. The system can raise the pool temperature up to about 10°F to 15F above the outside temperature, so the warmth may vary depending on the weather.
- Driveway parking for 3 cars

- 10–18 minutes to top spots like Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, and Tampa Airport
