Stayed Nov 17, 2023The location is great, especially if you have keen fisherman or kayakers as they can fish or launch the kayak from the property’s pontoon. Would be great to have shade or seating on the lower level. The property’s decor & furniture is a little outdated, upstairs is quite clean, guests didn’t love the comfort of the mattresses but we only stayed two nights. Overall the house just needs a good thorough clean and some general maintenance. The kettle switch is broken. The kitchen was the main area that seemed a little gritty, including the cooking equipment, sandwich maker and the Weber BBQ but we simply chose not to use. The outdoor furniture and kayaks needed dusting off, lots of spiders and cobwebs. Overall for a rental, not bad, just in need of a general review. The bathrooms were very clean.
