Casa Playa, East. 6BR/side. Pool! Gulf Shores. Awesome place/value!

The host is absolutely fantastic - great communications before, throughout, and after - given enough of a heads up about what was in the home for use to be able to plan ahead and bring or order anything else we might need. A regular size washer and dryer was an amazing feature to have! Two dishwashers were super great, as well. It was a very enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful time at the Casa Playa East in Gulf Shores!!! This duplex is an awesome place to accommodate larger groups with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms..the West side offered the same number of bedrooms/baths and you could access that side through a joining door if you rent both sides...this would be great for a family reunion! The kitchen was large and open to both living areas and was amply fitted with dishes/utensils and pots & pans. Plenty of towels were supplied and there was a washer & dryer on the 2nd level which was a central location to most of the bedrooms. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and was pleasantly surprised to see both a Keurig and regular coffee pot to use. We loved the pool which was large and had plenty of chairs to accommodate our group of 8 adults. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach, although you could see the beach and water from the balconies. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a nice, clean place that will accommodate a large group. Each side will sleep 24 people and there are parking spaces for several vehicles. I was very impressed at how well the owners did with keeping in touch and providing information that would be helpful from the booking time to check in and even afterwards. Everyone one of us loved the place. Plenty of beds and spacious for all. We only saw 1 thing wrong our closet handle was hanging off so my husband tried to screw it back in and it is stripped not a huge deal but would be nicer to rent a place that things are not falling apart for the price we paid. All and all it was a very nice place. The jacuzzi tub in the second floor master bedroom did not have a stopper so it could not be used and would have been nice to use it. The exterior sliding doors especially the shared deck did not lock but did have security bars. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need, especially for a large family on a multi day vacation. The beds in the home were a little rough, very hard, and pretty uncomfy. We ended up buying a mattress topper to help but it really wasn't enough. Overall, great place to stay though. [? Thanks Liz! Super happy you all had a wonderful time and loved our home, and responsiveness too! Beds are definitely a personal preference. My wife likes soft beds and hard pillows, whereas I LOVE firm beds (and can't sleep on soft ones) but loath hard pillows. To be fair, I am far and away the more 'princess and the pea' of the two of us though! ? I can certainly see, though, how a firm one could be rough on your particular condition (congrats btw!). We had 10 adults stay this weekend and there was plenty of space for everyone. The two refrigerators were awesome, the pool was clean and refreshing and the location could not have been better. Thanks so much!!

We travel with my brother and his wife. Sometimes my sister and her husband also join us for a week or so. The house was very roomy. We like to golf, play Pickleball and ride our ebikes. We saw a couple of great shows and enjoyed the relatively close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Check in was simple as well as check out. Great location

We had to change our plans last minute and the owner was very accomodating. The house was very clean and check out was super easy.

I can't say enough about how great a time we had in your home. Very clean, comfortable for all of us. Seemed like it was just updated too. We very much enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back in the future. Highly recommend Casa Playa AND Bama Beach Houses. Thank you for having us!

Lovely duplex with a great pool and eady beach access. Quick responses from the owners for any issues and fast resolves too. Would definitely visit again!

Richard was a fantastic host and the property was even more spacious than the photos. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Gulf Shores.

Great place to stay. Short walk to the beach. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Our group had a fun vacation!
