Casa Playa. 12BR, slp 48. Pool! Gulf Shores. Awesome place/value! (2x6 BR).

Your home was beautiful and was so nice for my big family. We had room to spread out and enjoy the patio and pool area. I did let the management company know about the microwave on the east side. Never worked well. We didn't want to make anything worse so those that needed to warm something up just came over and used the west side. It wasn't a big deal for us since we didn't use the microwave much anyway. I just wanted them to know for the next guest. Other than that, the home was perfect for our needs and close to the beach. Thanks much for letting us stay at your place for the week. Many special memories made!

We rented both sides for a family vacation with many aunts, uncles and dozens of cousins! The home worked out so well for our family! The fact that each room has its own bath is the best thing EVER and a rare find! The home had so much space, each side with 2 living areas to hang in AND each had a sofa bed! We would wake up and find the teens hung out too late and fell asleep together in the sofa beds!The pool area is super spacious as is the covered area right next to the pool. We played many games there, out of the direct sun and rain at times. Spent most of our time here or in the front patio/balgony, looking at the dolphins in the ocean right across the street! The home was clean and had everything our large family needed. Everyone loved this home!We loved the area - ice cream. A small grocery and a kitchen/bar just a block away. If we visit Gulf Shores again, will definitely book again!

We stayed in both sides of Casa Playa (the east and the west). It was so big. 12 bedrooms and we were all able to spread out. Having 2 kitchens and living rooms, and the connecting door, was very nice. It was also nice that you could go from side to side on the main level deck. We have plenty of room for all of us, but could get away from each other too! :-) We hhope to return in the future when we all get together again, and I will look at you all for a smaller place when we come back with less of my family. Highly recommend Casa Playa and Bama Beach Houses!

Casa Playa East & West was just what the Price family required for 2025!!!!The proximity to the beautiful beaches was perfect and the spacious pool was great for afternoon cool off.Each of our five children hosted a dinner night and the twin kitchens/ great rooms provided the necessary gathering accommodations for the family.Some of the younger set went to nearby bars by uber, and daytime activities included rental boats and fishing trips. Even visited the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola.Great family spot!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, It was super spacious and afforded us room for everyone in our party. The home matched the pictures and descriptions to a T! I would definitely recommend this property for any large families or groups. It is super close to the beach access point as well as its far enough down Beach Blvd that the traffic is minimal.

Our large family stayed in both units of Casa Playa (East and West). It was a great setup for large groups. The only drawback was not having a large common shared LR and DR area. It did have a door that allowed easy access to both sides and VRBO correctly described the units. BR's were large and kitchens were better equipped than any other house we have used. The den areas on both sides were larger than expected and worked well for setting up crafts and movies for kids. Having 4 fridges (2 on each side) was a godsend for this Thanksgiving gathering. The owners/managers even left pumpkin pies for each side (very nice touch to make us feel welcome). The walk to the beach along a busy road was a little farther than we would like with little ones but still doable for people without mobility issues. A couple of minor maintenance issues:rust stains in main floor bathroom trailed from window into bath tub, shared bathroom on main floor had toilet issues, smoke detector on one side went off at 2AM, and one oven was not functioning at checkin but was easily resolved. Managers/owners were very responsive to texts and calls. Overall I would highly recommend this house for large groups.

Your place was absolutely amazing! And we are already talking about booking again next year for the same week! We had an issue with some of the smoke alarms but the local management company came out promptly and resolved the issue. Had my brother's bachelor party there, it was in a great spot with close beach access. The pool was nice and plenty of room to house the 18 adults that stayed. Parking was also not an issue and was able to accommodate all of us. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Thanks again for the house for the weekend!
