- A 24 m² living room with TV, fireplace (woodnot provided) and sofa.
- A dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bathroom (with shower and bath)
- Separate WC

A 21 m² outbuilding is also available, as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with sofa, dining area and kitchenette
- A shower room
- A separate WC

On the mezzanine :
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200).
This area has no safety railings and is therefore not suitable for all travellers.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
