This chic 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath home is the perfect getaway for those looking to unwind in style. Situated on the World Famous PGA West Golf Course, this retreat allows guests to lounge by the pool during the day and sip cocktails by the fire pit during sunset. After an amazing day playing golf, grill up your favorite meal at the BBQ and enjoy al fresco at the outdoor dining table that seamlessly opens to the main living area of the home.

Enter through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, to the ultimate space to relax in luxury with 3 en suite bedrooms with king beds (plus a Queen Size Air Mattress upon request), large living area to gather plus a chefs kitchen with top of the line appliances! Casa Luna provides ample accommodations for friends and family with plenty of indoor seating, cozy fireplace and large screen TV.

There is space available for up to 4 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.

If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED
Your reservation resort fee includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS
TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

The property has exterior security cameras for guest safety and home protection. Vrbo requires hosts to inform guests of any such or device. These surveillance devices are only located on the exterior of the property.

    We visited this place to play golf at the Pete Dye Stadium Course, and everything was perfect. The clubhouse was only a 2-minute drive away, the house was clean, and all the amenities were high-quality and well-organized. We plan to visit again next year.

    We could not have had a better stay at Casa Luna. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen and living/dining room are all together which made it easy for us to cook, talk to everyone and watch all of the games on the big tv. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen has a huge island which made it easy and convenient. The house was well stocked with everything you might need and is beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. The team at Travlr was very communicative and helpful, and checked in with us along the way to make sure we were happy during our stay. We had a small issue with the fire table outside and they were very quick to resolve it. The location was lovely in a gated community in PGA West so we could walk to the golf course and restaurant. I would highly recommend this property as well as this company. We will definitely be back!

    Great, quiet neighborhood. High ceilings and big windows/doors in the living area made it feel expansive and luxurious. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and new. Beautiful home!

    Beautiful home, everything is so nice!! Gorgeous walking areas, quiet streets and gated community. Host was easy to communicate with. The location is a bit of a drive to most amenities, but definitely worth it. The home is really 10/10!

    Casa Luna felt like an escape from reality. Each room had its own bathroom which was very nice. The third bedroom is detached from the house and gave tons of privacy for our guest in that room. If you are utilizing it for kids it might not be best. Kitchen was beautiful. Neighborhood was amazing. There was a private gate and it was easy to get in and out. Our host Jen was very responsive and helpful. Ultimately a great stay!

    Amazing rental! It is so unique to have 3 bedrooms each with King beds and each with full bathrooms. The layout of the house was great and very comfortable. We stayed in and cooked dinner every night in a very impressive kitchen. It had all of the tools needed to cook anything we wanted. The pool was fantastic. Our 3 year old loved playing in the 1 foot deep shallow square area. Perfect! I recommend this property 1000%.

    We stayed here to attend a wedding in La Quinta and it was great! The kitchen/dining/living space was perfect for our family to enjoy time together. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything we needed. The Baja step area of the pool was fun and safe for the toddlers in our group. Also loved that the 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms.

    This house was beautiful!! Very well decorated with beautiful courtyard and pool. Open concept with glass door wall leading to pool and jacuzzi. Very clean and really quiet. We loved the fire pit and patio furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Could have used more towels and washcloths, but we located a stash in a drawer before we left in the Casita. Overall, we loved the place, its location and our host Jen who answered all our questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again as the PGA West location in LaQuinta is scenic, quiet and just beautiful!!!
