Stayed Jun 27, 2025The property was very pretty. The back yard beautiful. But we had issues inside the house right away. The frig in the bar area was broken. The oven didn’t work. We had ants in the kitchen every day. The water heater was broken. We had NO hot water in the house. The property manager had someone come out and they managed to get it to work and we all got 1 hot shower before it went out again. We ran the dishwasher not realizing that there was no hot water, so we ate off of unsanitary dishes all weekend. The couch in the main family area was very uncomfortable. It was difficult for my husband and I to get up and down, as well as, uncomfortable to sit on. For what I paid to rent this house, the issues we had were unacceptable. It seems that management does not check to see what needs service before people come to stay. This is advertised as Luxury Desert Estates and it certainly was not. When we called about the refrigerator, we were told since it was Saturday they couldn’t get anyone out. And the ants just topped everything else off. I was told that I would be reimbursed for part of our stay, but so far have not heard anything back from them. This was the first time we have ever done anything like this and it was unfortunately not a great experience. My sister had just died unexpectedly and since we already had this booked we thought it would be a relaxing place to be together and grieve. We didn’t expect to have any issues, especially with the appliances.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024All was great. Probably the most beautiful pool area ever for a private residence! Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Great entertainment with tvs pool table etc

Stayed Jun 17, 2021Our family has been traveling to Palm Springs for last 8 years and have always rented a home. When we arrived to this location, the pool was very very dirty, the pool furniture was broken, outdoor umbrella was broken, no duvet covers were on the comforters, stains were on the sheets and we had to have a pool maintenance crew fix a pool pump. The outdoor trees were a mess and clearly had not been maintained. The pool water over flowed into the fire pit area so we never got to use it. Our family was highly disappointed as this was the more expensive home we had stayed in, but it was by far the dirtiest.

Stayed Apr 30, 2021The listing is misleading. This is a 3 full suite br house + den with bed in it but no closet or bathroom. Management company hard to find on weekends and don’t return calls quickly. But location is great and pool is fantastic.

Stayed Aug 7, 2020My friends and I stayed at this home for a getaway weekend, and this place is seriously incredible. The place was super spacious with an incredible master bedroom and bath (all of the rooms were wonderful though). The kitchen was huge and had literally everything we needed to cook all sorts of meals at home. Last but not least - the POOL! Wow. The pool was amazing and huge and the spa was excellent too. We brought a bunch of floaties with us, but we also saw lots of floaties in the garage available for use too. The golf course on the back side of the house by the pool was beautiful too - we saw many shooting stars (rare for us folks living in the city)! The stay was perfect. It was a bit of longer taxi ride from the PSP airport, but this house was SO worth it.
