    2nd time we rented the property, both times we have had issues with the pool/hot tub conditions and the management response. this time we had requested the pool heated during the daytime and the hot tub in the afternoon. The hot tub never operated for the 4 days we had paid additional charges for. The management team had pool tech out 3 times but the problem was never resolved and we requested a refund for the extra charges, The manager blamed the previous tenant on tampering with the hot tub. The manager Mike never even responded to our request. We chose the house due to the close proximity to extended family, will never go back, This review should be published to inform anyone considering this property.
