The location was beautiful and close to downtown. The property was wonderful and the house very well furnished for our needs. The house was so comfortable and could have easily accommodated more people. Only recommendations would be more detailed instructions on using the heaters and maybe some throw blankets. We will definitely recommend the property and brag on the service. Thank you again.
Wonderful location close to town & hiking trails but high enough in the hills for the most expansive views of the mountains north, west & south of Santa Fe. Magical watching the clouds and sunsets from the deck. Nicely furnished and very comfortable 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bathroom main house plus1 bedroom/1 bathroom Casita.. Recommend bringing your desired cooking spices, cooking oils and other food staples if you are planning to prepare meals in the kitchen.
This place has everything you need! We were in love with all of the furnishings and decor from the moment we walked in. The bathrooms/kitchen were fully stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of firewood and a new heating unit to stay warm in every room. Super thankful for the great communication whenever we had questions.
We stayed in late May with our 94 year old mother and adult children with spouses - it was a fantastic family house with plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out. Two patios with ample seating, fabulous sunsets, and a 5 minute drive to Santa Fe. I would highly recommend!
My party of 9 women had a wonderful time relaxing on the big deck, cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, and playing card games at the breakfast nook. There was ample space for everyone to get away. The house is in a fantastic location- not too far from town, but far enough to experience true peace and quiet. The team at Two Casitas was so accommodating, I will be recommending their rentals to anyone I know who visits Santa Fe in the future. Casa Ladera was an incredible house- the view was unbeatable. The house itself had everything we needed to feel at home, plenty of space, and the beds were very comfortable. I would certainly return.
Lovely place, great and professional signage and communications.
The views and outside spaces are almost everything to us and the views from the expansive deck at Casa Ladera and the portal are wonderful. It is amazing that this property is so close to downtown. We were fortunate to be able to stay almost two months and it felt like home. The kitchen has everything that we needed. The living areas are comfortable and nicely decorated. Likewise the master suite is great and just steps away to those fabulous views of the city lights and night sky. For more guests there are two more bedrooms and a bath plus a cute casita. If we had not purchased a home in Santa Fe while we were staying at Casa Ladera we would be coming back to stay as often as we could.
The house is comfortable, well stocked with everything you need including large game assortment. Plenty of room for large group, 2 large living areas and great outside spaces also. Beds are comfortable! Views are pretty and easy access to Santa Fe. It was very cold, snow and ice, so it is important to have 4 wheel drive vehicles- even with that we struggled on ice a little (one car never made it up, but places to park at bottom) Also, if cold plan to wear layers in the house because heat is not great, indoor temp stayed around 64 degrees. We loved the house and the responsiveness of staff, would highly recommend. ?
Casa Ladera was a great house. The entire family loved it! For a large group the two living areas and large outside spaced gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and dining area, which made it easy for our group to eat and snack. Beds were comfortable, yay. Two Casitas was very responsive, friendly and welcoming thru the entire process
We could have used a few more towels, blankets and T.P. We had 4 teenage girls with lots of long hair in the group and they all want two towels, one to wrap around their hair. We would have like a few more blankets to use on chilly nights. We had to buy some additional T.P. as well. Overall, great house, I just thought you'd appreciate hearing some of the little things since this house is new to your rotation. Also, I think there are some quirky electrical things in the casita kitchen, we didn't use the kitchenette in there, but it seemed to not really work.
