Lovely villa and pool area. Ideal location.

Lovely villa, in a gated community. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything has been thought of to ensure you have a fabulous stay. Aircon in all the bedrooms is a godsend. Our only issue was we arranged for a 11am check out and to leave our bags till our 4.30 pm transfer to the airport.Unfortunately we were then told by Karen at the management company we were to be out by 10am and we couldn't leave our luggage. She implied that we were lying about this arrangement despite having email confirmation. We were a party with 2 young children, a toddler and a baby so as you can imagine this was upsetting to say the least.The hosts were amazing the property management were rude and unhelpful. This didnt detract from the fact we had a wonderful holiday just marred our last day unfortunately.

Excellent property - The introduction/instruction letter was self exoplanetary and instructions were easy to follow. Welcome Information booklet was very good, informative and helpful. Everything was simple to operate and convenient, access to the sea walk was straightforward and the walk was lovely.Suggest a pack of drinking water be in the fridge for late arrivals; we had two small children with us and didn't want to stop at a supermarket after the journey, had to go out again as soon as we pulled-up to get water - bit of a pain

We have stayed at a number of Playa Real villas and Casa Jemma is one of the best. The villa was very clean and comfortable. Fabulous pool and sun bathing areas. The kitchen was very well equipped. The games room is a bonus. It is in a perfect location with access to the coastal path to nearby restaurants, bars and beaches. The booking process was seamless and the host is very attentive to ensuring you have everything you need before travelling. We will definitely return.

Great location in quiet area - easy access to sea front walkway. Large heated pool, great for swimming - very clean and in excellent condition (we've stayed in a few villas in Playa Blanca and this is the best pool). Views of Fuerteventura. Plenty of outdoor space to catch the sun & shady areas as well. We really enjoyed our holiday here.

Great villa and heated pool.Secure gated community.Super location and an easy walk to beach, bars & several excellent restaurants. Villa owners very easy to communicate with and all information accurate and clear.Perfect December weather was a bonus!

We have stayed in this villa before and in others in the Playa Real development.The villa is very comfortable and it’s good to see all of the modernisations that have been done since our previous stay a few years ago. The Nespresso machine was nice to use for a good coffee, with filter and cafetiere makers available too. We didn’t watch a lot of TV, but it was a good one with English channels, including some Sky and TNT. Use the QR code on the router to hook up your WiFi.The pool is wonderful, so good even in December as it’s well heated. I like that there are oleander shrubs around the garden giving extra privacy, but there was no one around anyway.The area is very quiet and the villa was really clean. We hired a car, but also walked into town along the promenade, about 30 minutes. Car parking is free in the many places closer to the town centre. Good restaurants nearer too in both directions along the promenade. In town there are some excellent restaurants, and also out at Faro Park. Would certainly love to return to this villa in the future.

This is a Lovely well equipped, and well serviced Villa, in a great but peaceful location, close to the main tourist area of Playa Blanca. Good starting spot for cycling as it's a gentle climb, out to Yaisa and to the Timanfaya plateau. Rather than the steep climb from Puerto Calero, Puerto Del Carmen, Playa Honda or Ariceffe. Paul and Michelle were great at providing all relevant details about the villa and how to have a great holiday.

Best thing about the villa is it is just off the main path along the coast so no roads to cross to get to the sea front. You can see the sea and view across to Fuertaventura from the villa which is stunning. From the coastal path you can walk to Playa Flamgingo, onto City Beach all the way to Marina Rubicón if you can manage it! The villa itself is spacious, clean and light. Great for a family. Lovely pool and nice bedrooms.

Villa was amazing best we have stayed in, very clean & everything you could ask for. Lovely private location with great pool. Towels changed often & pool cleaned regularly. Direct access to lovely promenade with easy walkable access to lots of lovely restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here, hope to be back some day. resturantsWould highly recommend this villa.

We had the Best stay with the family.There is nothing else that we needed once we were there.Communication with owners is Excellent. Very well equipped villa with the most Beautiful swimming pool.15 min walk to the beach via private access and to restaurants and bars. Loved it so much we’ve booked it for next year !
