Casa Imaculado Coração is a 3-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 7 guests, perfect for those seeking peace, comfort, and a natural setting characteristic of Madeira. Accessed via a traditional levada, it leads to a unique property with a spacious garden and one of the best views over Funchal’s bay.

With three cozy bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional sofa bed, the house is ideal for families or groups of friends. Outside, you’ll find a balcony, adining area with a table and barbecue, as well as various spots designed for outdoor relaxation.

The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and extended stays, offering all the amenities needed. Whether you're exploring the surroundings or simply soaking in the view, this is the ideal place for a memorable stay in Madeira.

From this retreat, you’ll have easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, and other local services, as well as nearby hills and viewpoints with breathtaking views over Funchal’s bay.

Just a few minutes’ drive from downtown, this location is perfect for those seeking a quiet escape without giving up urban convenience. An ideal base to explore the island’s beauty, taste Madeiran cuisine, and enjoy the unforgettable landscapes Madeira has to offer.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
