Stayed Apr 15, 2021Should have known there were going to be issues when the lock box code that was provided to us the morning of check in did not work and the front gate was locked with a bicycle cable. Upon entering the property we noticed the dead bolt on the front door was loose and looked to be installed poorly. As we continued thru the property there were numerous broken and loose tiles everywhere. The kitchen was dated, but plenty of water was provided. The main bathroom door was missing the interior jam which did not allow the door to close properly not to mention no internet for the first night and into the next day. Water pressure was terrible and little or no hot water. As the owner mentioned these are not luxury accommodations, we never seek luxury but this was ridiculous. We stayed one night, which was more than enough time to fully experience the constant noise of vehicle traffic from the major road along the front of the property, before we left to rent a hotel room downtown for half the price. One positive, the neighborhood was safe wish we had chosen one of the other VRBO properties in the area.

Stayed Jan 4, 2020It suited our needs. It's bedrooms were clean and spacious. Other rooms needed more attention on this regard. Owners were prompt to any questions. We recommend this property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We expected someone when arrival. We had to get hold of the representative in charge to get the code for the lock box. Have problems with TV. Once inside the house was comfortable and suitable for our needs. The representative was always attentive and handle our needs in a professional manner. We certainly recommend this property.
