Stayed Jul 17, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was smooth and quick. The home was exactly what our group needed as we have tried other rentals in the area, but this one fit best. As we departed we knew we’d be coming back, but then on the way home we got a call. We were told we took nine (9) bed covers from the home but knew we did not take a single one. Each group member knew what color and how many bed covers were in each room. When I tried to explain it, we were told they were just missing. They said they’d call back so I informed our group. We didn’t get a call back, so I called the next day, and still no response. It made us felt as if we were blamed for taking items before it was actually looked into, especially with no call back. Idk about our next booking

My only suggestion would be to have some padded chairs, at least at the dining room table.

Reviewer Comments: Everything about Casa Grande was nearly Perfect., from the rooms situation, to the outside kitchen are, swimming pool(wish it were heated) The only little gripe WE would have was, the hot tub (consistency of it staying on). We most definitely will be returning!

Reviewer Comments: This is our second year we have rented Casa Grande and all of my buddies love this home. It is perfect for big groups, is modern and has everything you could want. Spacious and lots you can do in the back yard. We plan to rent it again!

I am a bit surprised and disappointed that the two additional bedroom areas were cooled with mini splits instead of AC's with more capacity. They smelled a bit musty and moldy. I also wish it was closer to the front of the neighborhood. Other than that, all of it was great.
