Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.

    This home is higher cost than most, which is fine if it meets the standard. It doesn't.The main reason for choosing this place was the fact that it is listed as being not pet-friendly (it's unfortunately hard to find these lately) but there was obvious pet hair on the couch pillows and a few other places.The ad shows pictures of a garage gym but it's off limits. There is a sign on the door to the garage stating that it's private property, no guest access. Part of the house is rented out separately, along with one of the spaces. I was informed via email, after booking, that we needed to leave a parking space open for potential additional parties. This should be more clear on the listing, but I'm guessing they're afraid it would cause you to choose something else.Oh, a little thing, but I hated waiting for what seemed hours for the water to get hot in the main bath.I wanted to like this place, but came away disappointed. More transparency, or a lower price would make it more attractive.

    This home was clean and had the necessities we needed to have a perfect weekend! So nice to have coffee, a few sodas, water before we did our grocery run! Also, this home had the basics needed for cooking a nice meal (like salt and pepper, oil, insta-pot). The neighborhood was quiet and the surrounding homes are darling. Definitely recommend staying here!

    We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The kitchen was stocked very well, which was great for our large group. One of the best parts was that by renting both the house and the MIL unit, there was perfect bed space and room arrangements for every person and family unit in our party of 16, and that's rare to find (no one had to settle for a couch, hideabed, bunk beds, or air mattresses.) The only bunks were in the triple-bunk room, and the 3 kids in there loved it!! The backyard was is set up for maximum enjoyment. As a point of note, there are solar panels on the roof.
