NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the left side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the left backyard and pool area, along with the entire 3rd floor of the 3 story building.     Location was great. The house was beautiful and had a lot of room. We used the pool a lot even though we went to the beach every day. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas were used on each beach trip. The only thing I would suggest is to put curtains or blinds up in the living room patio doors. Its an open concept and you can see right in the living room, dining room, and kitchen at night. There were curtain rods up but nothing there.

    The place was amazing from start to finish no complaints! Beautiful place…. Perfect for our group… beautiful pool….short walk to beach and restaurants! The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries! We definitely recommend!!!

    It was excellent. It is a 2 min walk to the beach. No need for a car. The bikes are great! There is a free shuttle to go wherever you want. The pool was bigger than we thought. No need for a golf cart. There is no parking at beach, and still difficult finding a parking spot at restaurants. The setup is great, and elevator is a God sent.

    Townhome as super nice with 2 masters and 2 other bedrooms. Great kitchen with all the tools you need. The furniture has a little wear and tear and the elevator was not working while were there which would have been good to know before we got there. There are 3 flights of stairs to manage and with an eldery dog and someone recovering form a knee injury, it was not ideal. The management was responsive but unforturantley could not repair the elevator while were there due to a back of help given the recent damage from the hurricanes. The pool and room off the pool was great. The garage stocked with a cooler, full fridge and beach chairs - such a great bonus. Loved the little neighborhood and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Would definitely go back.

    The pool is terrific! The whole unit is just as pictured, roomy and updated. The location is close to the beach and shops. The management was great. We’d go back!

    Was a simple process to check in and the management company was super attentive. If we had a question they answered almost immediately. Helped find close restaurants as we are from out of town got us the closest grocery store to have groceries delivered. Townhome was extremely nice and the elevator a godsend. It really is a quiet area and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very pleased with the property and would definitely do again. If flying in close to check in I would use ubers from airport as we rented a suburban and drove it 2-3 times total to go to get a few items. Ubers are the way to go. Very pleased!!!

    The property was very clean and spacious and in a safe neighborhood. We easily walked to the beach every day. The bicycles, wagon, cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated. We highly recommend this home.
