Oraklus did a nice job of communicating and preparing us for our stay. The property was clean and household was well outfitted for guests

The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were enough for our whole group. Unfortunately, the plumbing system was not great. At one point in our stay, each of the toilets had clogged. The shower drain was also clogged and some of us had to stop showering to let the water go down the drain, otherwise we were stepping in puddles. The kitchen had an ant infestation which was not disclosed nor were the new traps set out. We had a private chef complain about it as well. Overall, the place was very nice and the location was amazing and close to everything we wanted to go to. The owner was quick to answer my questions.

The pool was very relaxing and wonderful to soak in! The decor was beautiful and all the extra amenities were nice.

Lovely home - very clean with good linen and equipment. Great location. Mostly the host responded quickly to emails but I did not receive a reply to 2 emails requesting information during the stay. My recommendation - put single beds in one room to accommodate children.

We had a wonderful 5 days at this house! It was very clean, great location, spacious and the folks at Oraklus were very responsive and great to communicate with! Highly recommend this wonderful house!

The overall experience of staying here was smooth and organized from start to finish. Everything was set up so nicely for me and my friends and we thought the place was perfect for our Labor Day mini vacation/birthday celebration. The place is spacious and clean, and in a convenient location. Highly recommend!

The property and host were great to work with!

Everything went smoothly and met our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable and there were more than ample towels throughout. Communication was great. We would stay here again when traveling with our family.

Three of my grown children and spouses as well as one 20 mo old grandchild stayed here a week for wedding activities of my son who lives in the LA area. The space was wonderful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The large kitchen was great a well. We also enjoyed the neighborhood taking stroller walks with my grandson and enjoyed pool time as well. The location was convenient to the wedding location as well as other attractions. Check in and out was a breeze. Beautiful, well kept house. I would rent again in the future.

We had a good time at the property. It definitely was the right house for us to enjoy for a few days. From the size, privacy, pool and location, this house was ideal. They were quick to communicate and respond if we had any questions or mentioned anything that needed attention. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home is beautiful and comes exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Would definitely book again!! Staff was amazing and very very helpful leading up to the trip and during our stay.

We are a family of four who were evacuated from mandeville canyon during the Palisades fire and were looking for a semblance of normalcy from all the hotels we were bouncing around from. That is when we found this amazing home in a great location where we found home for several days. We really really enjoyed the property, from the fun lawn games for the kids, the beautiful pool, to the relaxing steam shower in our room. Whomever did the interior design for the house is extremely talented. The management staff was so helpful and responded right away when we had questions, not making us wait no matter what time it was. It made it really hard to leave when it was time to! We look forward to stay at this property again. These people are true pros!
