The house was functional for our stay while going to the Miami Open. The host was nice and communicative. 1) The mattresses of all beds were uneven but clean. 2) Needs replacing of the blinds in the living room and dining area. The location is not far from the stadium, which was nice.

We had a great two-week stay while visiting our family in Aventura. Pros: Stayed with an infant and a toddler, and the host made lovely accommodations (set up a high chair and a pack and play). The unit is impeccably clean and modestly appointed. Great water pressure, very plush comfortable beds. It's location is good, about 20-30 mins from most of what a tourist might want to see, but it was perfect for us visiting nearby family who lives in Aventura and Sunny Isles. Decent old Hallandale Beach neighborhood. AC units were new and worked great to keep the place cool and dry. Internet was fast for streaming and facetime calls. Host was very quick to respond to any concerns and was really flexible with check-in/out processes. Cons: The backyard has lots of potential but not very inspiring, yard needed to be cleaned up a bit. Layout is a bit odd, the bedrooms are connected so you have to pass through one to get to the other, was a little tricky with young children sleeping in the bunk bed room to use the bathroom at night. The kitchen is not very well-appointed for cooking or longer stays (we had to purchase some essentials for cooking: oil, spices, storage containers). Bathroom sink has a drainage issue. Plates for exactly 4 people, and no large bowls or plates for serving food. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Not a huge problem especially if you're planning on dining out. The living area is small, but accurate to what is pictured. Older kids might get restless there. Great place to regroup and rest, just not the most entertaining space. Overall, the place served its purpose and we will definitely stay here again if it's available the next time we visit! Thank you for a comfortable stay!

me and my friends stayed here for spring break. the listing was exactly as it was pictured. the host did a great job at communicating and provided us with things we may need during our stay. we were a 15-20 minute drive to most of the things we wanted to do. would definitely recommend!
