Stayed Apr 28, 2025I was most impressed with the architecture of the house, simply beautiful and amazing. The owners were very helpful and responded to any concern right away. Additionally, the property manager was just as responsive and accommodating. A great experience overall and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.

Stayed Oct 31, 2021My husband and I traveled to Merida for vacation/anniversary. We spent 7 days at the house and loved it!! It was exactly what we needed for a vacation rental, especially the pool and the kitchen. The house is in a great neighborhood. It's quiet and a short walk to Santa Lucia. The one downside would be the dog kennel two houses away. The dogs bark twice a day (for a bit) at feeding time, but then settle down again. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2019Everything was just as we expected, especially since we visited here last year. The place is as elegant and massive as the photos indicate, way more space than we need. It was hotter than normal this trip so the pool was used more than normal. The home has easy street parking that was always available in front of the house, it is fully equipped and very safe.

Stayed Oct 17, 2018We enjoyed our week long stay in this La Ermita neighborhood villa. It's a very private home with incredible iron work, huge open spaces and 27 stairs to get to the second floor! Its just outside the center enough to have easy parking but close enough that a a $3 Uber ride or a 15 minute walk will get you there,
