Casa Delmar! In the Heart of SGF! Right by MSU

Parking in back was great but had to walk around to front door to get in no auto lock on back door. Place was very clean and bed rooms adequate size. Host was exceptional in communicating. TV went out last night of stay but we had cards to play. Quiet neighborhood. Recommend Bambinos Italian restaurant excellent fiod close by to location. Would more than likely rent again when in area.

Lovely home in a quiet centrally located neighborhood. Perfect place with plenty of space and off-street parking for our multi-generational gathering. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was great. Very close to MSU campus. We had a parking pass for our event that was only 2 blocks closer, so we were able to just walk to the event on campus. The home is an older home much like the rest of the neighborhood, but it has been remodeled and decorated very nicely and stands out above the rest. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and amenities.

Home was clean and spacious. Centrally located making it easy to get around Springfield.

This house was perfect for us! Outside was plenty spacious for all our cars to park and big enough for games of bags and washers behind the house. We were there for graduation weekend. It was close enough to walk to graduation. The house inside is so charming and newly updated. Bright big windows. All modern appliances, plenty of towels, and other amenities.

Casa Delmar was clean, convenient and very well appointed. If you're looking to relive your MSU glory days, this is the place.

Loved the house. Clean, close to MSU, lots of bedrooms and a nice place for everyone to sit and visit. Would definitely be a place I would want to visit again if and when I am back at MSU.

Great for a weekend getaway. Plenty of room in kitchen and living room to visit with family.

The house was perfect for our group that landed in Springfield for a week for work. It was clean, comfortable, and allowed us to feel a bit of home away from home. Corresponding with the host couldn’t have been any more easier. When it was decided that we would need to stay an extra day, she was quick and responsive to our request making it happen. We will definitely try to stay here again should the need arise.

The house was beautiful, clean, in the middle of Springfield with very nice neighbors, all around this was an amazing experience with the house and host.

Neighborhood not great - outside living space oversold

We absolutely loved this beautiful home near MSU and downtown Springfield and walkable to Phelps Grove Park, the Springfield Art Museum, Mexican Villa, etc. It was a perfect home base for our multigeneration family of 5, with comfortable central gathering space and private rooms for us all. It was also perfect for having friends and family visit over the time we were in Springfield. I would book it again in a heartbeat.
