Stayed Jan 4, 2026We had a great two weeks in La Quinta. The small community is very quaint and the neighborhood is quiet.It was an easy walk to Main Street and the community park. The check in went smoothly and host (Nadia) responded promptly when we had some inquiries.The home was comfortable and a good size for the two of us. It still has some of its original character but shows some wear. We really liked the outdoor area ended up eating most of our meals out there.In general the house was clean( kitchen and baths). It could use a little extra dusting. Highly recommend the La Quinta area and the home location was perfect.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025Lovely place to spend a few days with a pool and get out of Los Angeles. Property manager Nadia was helpful throughout with excellent communication, checking in and out was a breeze. Well-stocked kitchen appliances, large washer-dryer, and looked like just-renovated bathrooms.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This house is in a quiet neighborhood. All the amenities and a great host. Walking distance to the charming little town of La Quinta, and a longer walk (short drive) to a big park full of hiking trails and a paved running/walking path.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025This property is perfectly located. It is easy to drive to locations and walkable to Old Town LaQuinta. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and we used the outdoor grill several times. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025We had a wonderful time at Casa del Julian. The home is within walking distance to the Fritz Burns park and downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable both inside and out. The spa was really lovely. I was surprised how quickly it warmed up when we figured out how to turn on the heat. Nadia the host was very responsive at all times by text and telephone.The bed is very comfortable with perhaps a memory foam topper? I'm not an expert. We sat outside for the most part but inside was very comfortable with an electric fire insert. Coffee and tea very much appreciated. Spice rack, oil etc..if home cooking. Out door grill too

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Nadia is a fantastic host, and her home is exactly as represented. It was perfect for my husband, daughter and dogs. Location is great: walking distance to two parks and Old Town La Quinta, which has several restaurants, coffee shops and other stores. Made for a great holiday weekend!!
