The space
This beautiful home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, two living rooms and a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom, walk-in-closet, a queen size bed and glass sliding doors that lead to the back patio. The secondary room features a queen bed and views of the beautiful backyard. The guest suite has two twin beds and a smart TV for the kiddos to enjoy! The driveway fits two cars and horse trailers can be parked on the side of the street.
Guest access
In addition to the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and common areas, guests have access to the w/d unit, and backyard. Access to the horse stables are given upon request. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the grill and firepit located in the backyard.
The garage is off limits to the guests.
The fireplace in the living room is not for use.

We require a $200 refundable deposit and a photo ID.
Horse stabling (max 3 horses) is available for guest use $50/night per horse; please inquire before booking.
This home has a maximum occupancy of six (6) people.
There are five outdoor Ring video/audio cameras in use at this home, on the west (side), east (side), and north (front) exterior; at the doorbell; and inside the locked garage (with no guest access). The backyard is not monitored to preserve guest privacy.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood; please be considerate of our wonderful neighbors. Quiet hours are after 10 pm.
Location note: The home is located near Highway 1 and S Halcyon Rd, and is within walking distance to JJ's Market.
