Casa de Verde! Home located in Cherry Grove Beach - only 2 blocks to Beach!

We really enjoyed our time.

The home needs a good deep clean. The floors especially. Windows need cleaned. Beds aren’t comfortable. 70 degrees doesn’t keep the house cool enough. Wi-Fi went out on Monday wasn’t repaired until Thursday. Roach found in a bathroom. Kitchen table has a broken leg.

This house is lovely.

Excellent property and location! Walking distance to the beach in a pretty quiet neighborhood! Plenty of room and good amenities!

We all just love the house so clean and beautiful didn’t want to leave my 4 year old grandson calls it the big house would so do this again next year everything was very close and the beach was beautiful as always

Very clean and well apportioned.

The property was as advertised. It’s a typical beach house and it fit our needs nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items, and it had a nice roomy screen porch. However, the bed linens were thread bare and worn. The sleeping pillows were old and pretty gross. And the cushions on the deck furniture should have been replaced years ago. When we arrived there were several significant maintenance problems with the house, but I called the rental company and they sent a guy over and the problems were fixed promptly.

We just checked out of this rental and it was beautiful. Four bedroom three bathrooms for the price is great! Definitely happy we picked this rental ?

This property is not as listed. We swept 2 dustpans full of sand. Tried to use the vacuum but it let out a terrible noise. We called. Someone said they would come but never did.The beds have old nasty mattresses. There isn’t even a door on th oven. Don’t rent this place!

Great accommodations for our family. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious inside and out. The secondary bedrooms need new mattresses, but otherwise no complaints from this family!
