Curb appeal fell short sadly, with sidewalks out front of house broken, raised ,cracked and needs repaired badly. Safety hazard! We had a handicapped brother who has balance issues and just getting him in and out of house was difficult. Inside, charming and in need of repairs kitchen and bathroom broken tiles and laminate pealed off counter corners. Beds in all rooms mattresses very hard extra firm. (I slept on couch)Called and spoke with property manager and forward him pictures to his phone as they could not be sent verbo. He was very nice and heard my concerns.but house needed some finishing work and touches. In need of door on upstairs bedroom not curtains! Everytime you cook you have to open doors and windows or smoke detectors would go off. Gas stove with no hood to ventilate. Not handicap friendy or elderly friendly. Stairs too steep and railing does not go to the top of stairs. This could be a very charming house if finished, cleaned and sidewalk repaired. Sent property manager list of local , licensed repair people to get this fixed. Hall closet down stairs and what I believe to be clean linen but stuff was stocked every which way , needs shelf. I paid 150.00 cleaning fee and had to clean before showering, washed ishes draws were dirty inside. Aunts uncle and family who live in Wallace were also surprised at cost, finishing and yes how bad sidewalk was. Not trying to be totally negative but wanted to be honest for next person. Over 12000 for four nights.

We had a group of 4 adults and 3 kids so we appreciated the amount of space this house provided as well as the convenience of 2 full bathrooms. In addition, it was nice to have the alley access and parking at the rear of the house near the kitchen, as that made unloading things after a long day skiing a little easier than carrying everything from the street through the house to the kitchen/laundry area. Kitchen was well equipped, but only downside is there is no vented fan, so if you cook anything that might produce some smoke like bacon or stirfry, you'll need to open some windows and doors to create a cross drift to pull out the smoke, otherwise the kitchen smoke detector is sure to trip. All in all, a great get away, within about a 10 min walk to the heart of town and equal distance to Lookout Pass and Silver Mt.

This house was perfect for our stay and very spacious. 2 bathrooms is always a plus. All of the AC's and fans were very appreciated. We would definitely like to stay here again next time we're in town. Thanks so much Veronica.
