Stayed May 1, 2025The house was as portrayed and was an excellent find for our group. Loved having the game room and living room off from the kitchen and away from the bedrooms. Also liked how the 2 bathrooms were not attached to any one bedroom. This worked well for our group. Rental process was smooth. We enjoyed our stay here

Stayed Mar 31, 2025This house is beautiful is very spacious with upscale furnishings. The game room and fenced yard are bonuses. It is located in a nice neighborhood that is close to everything. Plenty of parking and easy check in. The management responded quickly to my questions with direct answers. I will definitely rent this home again!

Stayed Jan 23, 2025We needed to be close to the Raymond James Stadium, which this house was, excellent location. The house itself is nice but it was not the cleanest. The game room was dusty with cobwebs and hair in multiple places. The living room had what looked like vomit or spilled drink all along the bottom of the sofa. The sofa also had dust and debris throughout the creases and crevices. Trash and dust was left under the sofa too. Glasses and mugs in the kitchen cabinets were dirty with fingerprints and whatever else was stuck on them. The bed sheets on all the beds were not the cleanest at all. They smelled chemically cleaned and had debris left on them. They seem old and stained and need to be replaced. The TV in the primary bedroom should also be replaced as it seems dated and would not let us connect. The house should be bombed for bugs as we saw a few throughout... they welcomed us at the front door! The front patio area and front yard should also be cleaned up a bit. Take care of these issues and the house will be a much better place to stay, comfortably.
