Excellent place to stay , this place is way better then the pics , it’s so nice and fully furnished with absolutely everything you could possibly need …the host is amazing and so accommodating and I would totally recommend. It is so convenient to absolutely everything, I will definitely be staying there again, thanks again for a wonderful stay Pasquale Demasi

There was no heat and it was cold..yard was full of dog waste..host was really nice..

The property was very clean and smelled clean upon arrival. The house was perfect for our needs. We did have issues with the oven. It would not turn up past 350 degrees. This was an issue as we purchased food we could no longer cook. We have a service dog and the backyard had broken glass. We reached out to the owners and they sent someone out that same day to clean the yard. We were left 3 towels for 2 people on a 10 day stay so we had to buy additional towels. This property does not have a washer and dryer or dishwasher. They also do not provide a hair dryer. The bathroom is clean. The sink is a pedestal sink with no storage place for your toiletries. There is a shelf out in the hallway that we used to store our items.

This cute 1br listing was perfect for a holiday getaway with my partner, and our dog. We were so grateful they were pet friendly! This listing is part of a split home, with the other side also being a rental. The neighborhood is nicely located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, which made it very accessable to take day trips to either city. We were also only a 15 minute drive from Ocean Drive in Hallendale Beach, and to the Hollywood Beach Dog Park. At first, the neighborhood this listing is in wasn't quite what we were expecting, but it slowly grew on us. It is a diverse community of single family, multi family, and split rental homes. It was easily walkable for our pup and it was overall a quiet neighborhood. However, there is a train that came through almost daily, but it wasn't too disruptive. The property managers were very nice, quick to respond, and overall very easy to communicate with. Tip for next renters- bring your own Roku, Amazon FireStick, or Chromecast plug in. The main room has a TV but limited local channels, and the TV in the bedroom is Roku only. We forgot to bring ours, and we wished we would have. Although, we didn't linger at the property much during the day so we didn't need it as much as we thought we would have. Thanks for a great stay!
