Stayed Dec 20, 2025Very nice house, well located. Lots of stairs though, not easy with suitcases. Clean, well divided for big group. Relatively comfortable. Would return.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025This place is not that good. The location is good. The water pressure is bad, none of the bedrooms have closets (or place to hang clothes), the place is not dirty, but I would not say it is clean either. There is no elevator and you have to walk up a lot of steps, which could be a problem for some people. Some of the air conditioners leaked water. The Jacuzzi did not work. The two bedrooms facing the main ave de Santa Fe have a lot of street noise

Stayed Aug 5, 2025The house was clean. Air condition/heater works perfectly. Comfortable space, we never used the terrace because of the cold, but don't needed,, plenty space in the living room. Little pots and pans but who want to cook in Buenos Aires.
