Casa Clemente - Modern Spanish Beach Home in San Clemente, Near Beach & Downtown

This was perfect for our wedding weekend in San Clemente! Got ready here the morning/day of our wedding and had the best time. Rooftop deck was a cool perk, as well as the proximity to the beach/pier and downtown restaurants! Great value and would recommended to friends etc

Overall, it is an excellent property and is well maintained. San Clemente is wonderful. Rob was very responsive to our questions.

The house was exactly as it was described. It had everything we needed. The location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping is ideal. The whole process from booking to check-out was easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend Casa Clemente!

My friends and I had a wonderful, fun and relaxing weekend celebrating my birthday at Rob's beautiful home in San Clemente. The home is very well maintained, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It's one of the nicest short term rental homes I've ever experienced. We really enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop at sunset and walking to the beach/pier and nearby shops, restaurants and bars. Rob was an excellent host - very communicative, responsive, and even left us a nice bottle of rose to enjoy. Thank you for hosting us, Rob! I'd definitely stay there again.

All of the above! Our host was fantastic! He even let us check in way way early. The home felt like a home away from home. We appreciate how there was everything we needed! So much better than staying in a hotel. Absolutely excellent! We loved it so much we booked again in October!

We loved our stay at Casa Clemente! The location was perfect for walking to the beach and also to great restaurants and shops. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the views from the rooftop.

This was an exceptionally wonderful experience! Rob was very responsive and we only needed him once. The place was immaculate and just so well appointed. Beautiful yet comfortable. Tremendous location, just a short jaunt to the beach! Everything you need is in the house! Beds were comfortable and truly hated to leave! I highly recommend this place!

Very nice property with plenty of room! We were 5 adults (one couple and three separate adults) and all of us had enough space. Rob is very good at responding timely to questions. Property is located in an excellent location with the ability to walk down to the pier and up to the main streets with plenty of shopping/food/bars. Would definitely stay again!!

The kitchen was beautiful with high end appliances. They even had coffee available for us.

Ideal home to stay when in South OC. Walkable to beach, many restaurants , bars and coffee spots. The home is beautiful, 3 bedrooms to stay comfortably with family. We loved the firepit on the 3rd level. Just very relaxing to mingle around the fire with friends and family. The neighborhood is quiet. Highly recommend Casa Clemente!

This house is a dream! Plenty of space, champagne in the frig and snacks as a welcome, lots of light, clean and absolutely walkable to everything. The host checked in a few times and was communicative through text during our stay. The roof is beautiful!!! We used this for our getting ready as our wedding was at casa romantica and it was perfect. Quick walk to venue and town. Ability to have guests come by or family. Easy to park and locate. Highly recommend and I would stay here again with friends while in town.

Amazing stay! Enjoyed working with Rob throughout the process and having our family stay there with us while in town for our wedding. Perfect place for a first look and getting ready photos. They also had a few essential items for our little babies that were visiting as well. Perfect stay!

We LOVED being at Casa Clemente. The location is fantastic -- easy walk (even with a double stroller) to both the beach and the restaurants/shop. The house is decorated beautifully, well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts are wonderful. We will book again.

Casa Clemente is an incredible home, hosted by Rob, who was wonderful, easy to communicate with, and very hospitable. The house has such charming decor, to match the beach town vibe of San Clemente. I booked this spot to use for my wedding party’s “get ready” location, as well as for our “first look”. I could not have asked for a better home to spend my wedding weekend in. Also, it has so many great spots for stunning photo opportunities. Overall, our time here was so great and I would absolutely recommend it to others.

Beautifully decorated home stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of space to relax and has a rooftop area to gather and watch the ocean and the sunset. Lots of little touches to make your stay comfortable. Especially nice to have parking for our cars in the garage and be walking distance to everything we wanted to do.When something came up the owner was super responsive and supportive. We hope to come again for another great weekend!

We were able to host Thanksgiving dinner for 10 easily! The beds were comfortable & the house had all of the supplies needed for cooking meals & for the short walk to the beach. One of our sons took the train up from San Diego and got off right down the road from the house. Rob was very communicative!

This is an amazing rental. More beautiful than pictures. Very well supplied (I didn't have to buy any toiletries or paper products for our stay). Layout was great. Upper deck has beautiful views (even tho it was a little too cold for us to use a lot on this trip). We were concerned about the parking at first because it's in a neighborhood with busy parking on street. BUT, the garage at this place can park 2 full size vehicles in front of each other! Amazing! AND enough room for another in the driveway if needed. Owner made himself available by txt the whole time and communicated whenever needed, including checking in on us if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

My bridal party and I had so much fun at this adorable San Clemente house. It was so close to everything we needed to get to, we even walked a good chunk of the wedding weekend activities. It was so clean, affordable, and the owner is super communicative. The fireplace was amazing and each bedroom was so clean and ready for us right upon arrival! I highly recommend this spot for any stay, vacation or celebration!

Traveled to San Clemente for a family wedding. Casa Clemente was perfect for our group of 3 couples and a 20 month old. The location is close/walkable to the Pier as well as to lots of restaurants and shops. The house is beautiful and comfortable and it is exactly as pictured in the VRBO site. We enjoyed the top terrace with the view to the Ocean. Communication with Rob (the host) was prompt and pleasant. We had no issues and would definitely would stay there again.

The house was spacious and was close to the beach. We were just a couple of blocks from shopping and a lot of great food options. Was a great house and would stay there again for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Clemente! My husband and I traveled with our 2 girls (age 4 and 5) and another couple and we couldn't have found a better set up. The main floor is very spacious with the kitchen and living area, along with one of the bedrooms and bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen, awesome little outdoor deck with sitting area for our morning coffee. The floor above is perfect for a family! My husband and I had the master bedroom with a bathroom, and the girls' room with a bathroom was right down the hallway. The top deck is a sight with an ocean view and great seating. Rob as a host was wonderful, very responsive and communicative, and acted fast when the WiFi went down. We hope to come back next year!!! If you are even questioning booking, you shouldn't...DO IT!!!!

Rob has a perfect property for a family vacation. Casa Clemente has everything you would ever need and more. Only minor disappointment was finding the boogie boards after our last day at the beach. 😂 Beach and sunsets were beautiful.

The house is beautifully designed, decorated and furnished. Well stocked with beach gear in addition to bed, bath & kitchen needs, the owner provides every possible need.

Casa Clemente was perfect! The first part of our stay was my family of six (kids ages 16-23), the second part a girls' weekend with 7 adults. The house was perfect for each group, with plenty of room to sleep, hang out, cook, etc. Well-stocked kitchen, super clean, plenty of bath towels for a crowd and great beach gear (chairs, towels, sand toys, wagon, etc). It's about a 6 minute walk to the beach/pier and just a couple minutes to Del Mar for food and shopping. Perfect home, location and vibe. Planning to stay again next time I'm in San Clemente.
