Stayed Jun 22, 2023We have stayed for 4 nights in comporta, the Villa is well decorated, quite a beautifully decorated. Nice outdoor space and swimming pool. It would better if a microwave was there & kind of pest control due to lots of flys and mosquitoes.

Stayed Oct 15, 2021this house is impeccably designed, thoughtfully executed, and absolutely beautiful. i rented it with my husband and 1.5 year old son and while we loved our time there, a few small fixes would have improved our stay. for one, there were no basic instructions (entry/exit, wifi, trash removal) so i had to message the host every time i needed something which was inconvenient. other examples: some of the interior doors don’t close properly, the gate clicker only worked 30% of the time, there were some ants around the house when we arrived and we had to remove every crumb in the kitchen to avoid finding them in the morning. to her credit, linda was very responsive over messaging, she even sent the property manager to turn up the pool heat when i remarked it was chilly. the house is located close to great restaurants and beaches—a short car ride brought us to some of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. the crib and high chair were very helpful additions as well. overall it’s a lovely home and we’d love to come back and visit sometime soon.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021Great host, very response and friendly We had a great time at the house which is perfectly located to go to Carvalhal and Pego beach. Access to the private beach is like paradise (and a well kept secret).

Stayed Sep 9, 2020The house is a delight. The living room is large and very well connected to the outside area. All bedrooms are comfortable. The decor is soft and welcoming. Laura is very quick to respond to messages and very friendly too. We love the country environment mixed with Comporta beach and being in this house was certainly the best option!

Stayed Aug 9, 2020it was as advertised and the owner was extremely responsive. No complaints, we would come back. the wifi was good (important these days), as was the air conditioning, though the nights are quite cool anyway. make sure if you rent a car, it is compact, as the gate access to the driveway is narrow.
