Stayed Jun 28, 2025Wonderful accommodation, a short distance from Cagliari (55 minutes by car). Breathtaking views from the terrace where we had breakfast and dinner. The apartment has air conditioning in two bedrooms, a necessity in these hot weather. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and beach equipment. The outdoor shower was also nice. The owner is very nice, communication was at a high level, we also received tips for beaches and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We recommend it.

Stayed Jun 13, 2022The view makes siesta time almost as rewarding as being right on the gorgeous beach. This is authentic Sardinian living—you will be driving some weaving roads, ideally arrive during daylight, but we did it at night. Some lodging could be set anywhere but this one is full of sense of place. If you like a little adventure for an authentic peaceful experience, book here. katrin is 100 percent helpful.

Stayed Jul 27, 2021The house has everything you need (even some boarding games). In the house’s yard you can stay on the beach chairs watching the amazing view on the sea while you can cool off in the shower that is outside (cold and hot water). We had rented a renault clio and we didn’t had any problems with the road or the entrance in the garage. The house has only one A/C in the badroom with the king size bed but if you leave the doors open, all the house will be cool soon. The beaches in Villasimius are very nice! Great beaches that we loved, near the house (5-15 min) : Campulungo (our favorite water), Timi Ama Beach, spiaggia di Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Porto Giunco.
