The house is thoughtfully laid out for comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, you’ll find one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, along with a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the second floor features two cozy double bedrooms and a cheerful children’s room with bunk beds. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for families with young children or those who enjoy a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.



You’ll enjoy modern conveniences like air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, all while being surrounded by a warm, rustic design that invites you to slow down and feel at home.

Please note that this is not a party property—we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. The garden is a peaceful retreat, and we hope you’ll treat it with care. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided for your comfort.

The house is entirely private—no shared spaces—so you can relax and enjoy your stay in complete comfort and tranquility.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the perfect combination of peace and convenience. The apartment is located in a serene and elegant residential area, ideal for those seeking relaxation without sacrificing the vibrant life of Sitges.



Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find an excellent selection of local shops, charming cafes, and supermarkets. The best part of this location is that it allows you to enjoy the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere: you'll be close enough to the historic center and the famous beaches to walk, yet far enough away to guarantee a restful sleep and a peaceful stay.



Getting Around:

The location is a pedestrian paradise. You don't always need a car to enjoy the city:



- On foot: The beaches and the seafront promenade are a pleasant walk away.



- Train (Renfe): The train station is very close, connecting you to the center of Barcelona in just 40 minutes and to El Prat Airport easily.



- Bus: There are nearby bus stops with local lines and a service connecting to Barcelona and other coastal towns.



- Car: If you're coming by car, the area offers easier access and parking than the historic center (which is mostly pedestrianized).



Other Things to Note:

TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and levied by the Government of Catalonia at €1.93 per night (includes 10% VAT).. It will be collected upon check-in from each guest aged 17 and over for a maximum of 7 nights.



CHECK-IN: Important Check-in is only possible from 5:00 PM.



LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11:00 AM) Subject to availability. If you wish to check out late, please inform us and we will confirm if it is possible.



PETS: Your pet is welcome . Please inform us in advance and note that the following charges will apply upon check-in:



A €150 security deposit, fully refundable provided there is no damage to the apartment.



A €50 pet fee for additional cleaning.
