nice property, good and practical layout, well equipped, and in a good location for walking to restaurants.

Fabulous time spent with family at villa, pool was great, outdoor area lovely with sunset views & location perfect for exploring. Walking distance to beaches and highly recommend the Italian a stones throw away! Kids mentioned it was their favourite holiday fantastic communication from hosts and house manager, Thank you!

The pool area was great.

Had a great time at Casa Barboletas, great space indoor and especially outdoor. Quiet location with all you need within walking distance, shops and restaurants both an easy 4min walk. 10mins to both Albufeira Old Town, and to Armacao da Pera, Guia only 5mins drive, Uber always within 5mins and very reasonable to get about, jncludibg waterparks. Comfortable beds, good bathrooma nd kitchen facilities, Large clean pool, and the pool and table tennis are great additions for all. Would highly recommend

We had the best time!

The villa was as described on the listing but it would have been helpful to if it said that the pool was not heated. Also, adding that it can be heated with five days notice required. Which we didn’t find our until we got there and enquired . Other than that the whole family enjoyed the Villa and it’s surroundings very much .

Excellent location for shops, bars and beaches. Great pool and plenty of outside space with the added brilliant bonus of a table tennis and pool table.

The Villa was excellent and very clean, communication with the owner was also very good. The family loved the time in the pool and also spent hours on the table tennis and pool table. We will look to sray again.

Casa Das Boboletas is a lovely family villa and we found it to be exactly as described in the listing. It is situated in a convenient and pleasant area with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance, and with the local beach also easily walkable. There is car parking off the street. Both the inside and outside of the property are lovely. It is surrounded by a grass lawn and to the front a large paved terrace. The pool is first class and there are multiple sun loungers and seats. This year, a new rattan seating area and table have been added, this making a lovely area for sitting in the evening. The pool table and other play equipment were popular with the teenagers. Inside, the kitchen and living room are plenty large enough and clean and pleasant. The bedrooms have efficient air conditioning which was much needed in August during our stay. The liaison and communication between the owners was excellent and the local manager, Linda, speaks excellent English and Portuguese. She was on hand to welcome us and deal with any queries. Further afield, the property is about 10 minutes’ drive from Albuferia should you be tempted to visit - personally, we went the other way and used Gale, the more local and much quieter area. It is a reasonably upmarket area with none of the horrors of downtown Albuferia in evidence. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel around - although Uber covers the area as well. In summary - really excellent.

Lovely property and area, great pool, table tennis and pool table! Only down side was the busy road that was at the front of the house, just a bit more noise from that than we wanted but tolerable. Pictures on the site need updating as there is no longer a bath, showers in both bathrooms only.

The house is very well equipped with everything you could need and more. The outdoor seating area is great and the pool is clean and well looked after. Although the property is close to a quiet road, it still feels very private due to the elevated position. The pool table and table tennis kept our boys amused for hours. The location to Galé beach (our favourite) is less than 5 minutes in the car or a 30 minute walk. The local restaurant is very good and there is a local Portuguese supermarket just a 5 minute walk away as well as a Spar even nearer. All in all we’d thoroughly recommend and would return in a heart beat!

We have just arrived back from a truly fantastic stay in this property. The villa and its location had been highly recommended to us but the reality surpassed all of our expectations!!! The whole place was immaculate, private, quiet, true to the photos, excellently equipped, perfectly located and had a fabulous perspective for the morning and evening sun!!! We hired a car and felt this was important for exploring the beauty of the whole area. Excellent location for access to beaches, old town and local attractions. Despite the quieter area we found some fantastic restaurants in the immediate vicinity and they were excellent quality and perfect for all the family. 5 star holiday. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
