The Space:

This beautifully appointed home is in a highly sort after location and within a casual stroll to the local beach and walking paths that follow the coves and grassed picnic areas that stretch along the coastline. The property boasts magnificent views of the bay from the main entertaining and living areas on the upper floor providing the perfect base to relax and fully enjoy a perfect holiday in the Southwest. Located in old Dunsborough you are surrounded by a quiet leafy neighbourhood within a short walk to the town centre. Dunsborough is a well-established tourist town within the Margaret River region and provides great access to all the attractions on offer. There are numerous beaches, wineries, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.



The property has 2 levels, downstairs features 2 spacious bedrooms, a games room that has a sofa bed and a large bathroom. Upstairs is the huge master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with an additional second bedroom with double bed. There are ocean views from the master bedroom providing guests with the perfect start to the day when waking up to the sight of our famous pristine blue waters.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances including a coffee machine and is well suited to guests that enjoy self-catering or perhaps a BBQ on the balcony watching the sun go down with a glass of your favourite drink in hand! The whole design of the property has a great beach house feel with the added benefit and luxury of quality furniture, fixtures and fittings throughout the property. There is also plenty of space to bring your boat and the nearest boat ramp is only just around the corner.

You won’t want to leave!



The Neighborhood:

Dunsborough is a poplar tourist town in the famous Margaret River wine region. The region boasts many great wineries, restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and boutique shops. Renowned as one of the worlds best surf locations you will find stunning and pristine beaches with clear aqua waters including breathtaking unspoiled natural scenery with an abundance of wildlife such as whales, dolphins, kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos. The marine life is easily accessed by the numerous safe and protected snorkeling locations close by. There are numerous walking routes including the well known cape to cape trail that are suitable for all abilities. Children will be entertained by the numerous activities in the region including our famous caves!



Getting Around:

The property is very well located and within a 5 mins walk to Dunsborough town centre. Dunsborough is a well established tourist town in the Margaret River region and is an ideal base to tour the region

Noise & Quiet Hours

Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted on furniture or inside bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time—this means they must accompany you throughout your stay. Please note that noise restrictions still apply if pets are left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.
