The property is situated in the quiet village of Klapčići, a 5-minute walk from the renowned Matiška Winery, where guests can indulge in the taste of the exceptional local wines. For culture visitors can head to the historic town of Labin, known for its hilltop views, galleries, and Venetian architecture (a 10-minute drive). The closest beach is at Plomin Luka, a 10-minute drive away, where guests can also hire a boat, alternatively guests can head to the coastal town Rabac (a 20-minute drive), famous for its clear waters and pebble beaches, the perfect setting for sunbathing and relaxation.
