Things to think about: Minimal amount of papergoods (toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags,etc.) provided for a group our size. The hot tub on site was not filled or turned on, I'm guessing due to the cool front, but it would have been very nice.

Each room having its own bathroom was a huge perk for us! The golf cart was an added bonus that made getting to the beach with all our stuff so easy and convenient. Since it only seated 4, we were happy taking a couple trips or even just walking. It’s a very walkable distance, as well! The house had even more amenities than we could have anticipated which made for an even better week! We would happily stay here again!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its prime location —an easy walk or short golf cart ride to the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores. Whether we wanted to take a leisurely walk along the shore or grab dinner at a nearby seafood spot, everything was conveniently close.The house itself was stunning. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated with a beach theme and included a spacious en suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort for everyone in our group. The accommodations are thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for gathering together or relaxing separately. The furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home.One of the highlights was the community pool —a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. We also loved the variety of available outdoor activities in the area, from paddleboarding and biking to simply enjoying a glass of wine in the backyard. This beach house truly offers so much for families. We can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Bella! The backyard beach area was wonderful, having a golf cart was such a help for our older generation travelers, and proximity to the sound is great! The house was large and open with plenty of space for everyone. I would say my only downside is due to the layout of the house, there are not many windows with a view from the main living space, though there was oodles of natural light. The master bed and bath was amazing! Our host was super responsive to two minor issues that arose and was great at communication.

The house was perfect for our first time at Navarre Beach. Fun outdoor area for grilling and games in the evenings, easy golf cart ride to the beach, and spacious house for 9 of us.

This was a great place to stay. The house was large and had more than enough room to accommodate our party of 10. Having the golf cart and beach chairs available on site was a great added value! It was just about a fun 2 minute golf card ride to the beach entry and walking was definitely an option. Would 100% stay there again!

The golf cart and beach chairs and other beach accessories were part of the reason why we came back to this particular house. We also enjoyed having a bathroom for each room. Very nice with a family of 10 people and kiddos are involved 😅

This house is very spacious and every room is decorated beautifully. It has tons of beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to haul it all. There are beach towels in the laundry room. Our family loved cooking in the open kitchen and grilling on the gas grill. The ice maker and extra fridges downstairs were a lifesaver in helping us always have cold drinks. Surf was very rough one day, so it was awesome to have the community pool to take the kids to. The property is very well maintained. Booking and getting all questions answered was super easy with Diana, the property manager - excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. It was the perfect place to bring our kids, from all over the US, together. We love Navarre and will definitely be returning!
