Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, our space boasts two queen beds, a rollaway folding guest bed, and a Pack `n Play for your little one.

The kitchenette is stylishly equipped with a retro SMEG fridge, microwave, toaster, countertop oven/air fryer, plug-in electric grill, Keurig K-Mini coffee maker, a 16-piece dinner set, and basic utensils.

Experience luxury in the private bathroom featuring Italian ceramic heated floors and a refreshing rainfall shower. Accessible from both the master bedroom and the hallway, the space is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, an iron, and an ironing board.

Parking is convenient—choose either the end of our driveway or the front of the house. Book your stay for a seamless blend of comfort and convenience!

The property is located in Ballard, a hip, historic neighborhood in Seattle`s northwest corner known as a hotspot for new restaurants and bars, and Scandinavian heritage. The Sunday market is a must.

Registered Guests & Pets
• Only guests and pets included in the reservation are permitted on the property
• Unregistered visitors or overnight guests require prior approval
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies and must be included in the reservation

Pets are welcome, however:
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Please clean up pet waste in all indoor and outdoor areas
• Additional cleaning due to pet hair, stains, or waste may incur a fee

Quiet Hours
• Please respect our neighbors and the surrounding community
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties, events, or excessive noise at any time

Furniture & Equipment
• If any indoor or outdoor furniture is moved (including patio furniture, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.), please return everything to its original location prior to departure

Smoking Policy
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors
• Evidence of smoking indoors (including odor) will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee

Stains & Damages
We understand that accidents happen — that’s why we provide stain remover products for towels and linens.
If a spill occurs:
• Please treat it as soon as possible
• Notify us if additional assistance is needed
• Unreported or permanent stains may result in replacement fees

Any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues must be reported:
• During your stay, or
• Within 24 hours after check-out

Check-Out Instructions
Before leaving, please:
• Wash dishes or start the dishwasher
• Dispose of garbage, recycling, and pet waste in proper bins
• Place used towels on the bathroom floor
• Turn off lights and heating/AC
• Close and lock all windows and doors
• Return moved furniture or outdoor items

Failure to follow check-out guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees.

Trash Collection
• Trash is picked up early Monday morning
• Take bins out Sunday night
• Separate garbage and recycling into labeled bins
• Avoid leaving loose trash outside (pickup may be skipped)
• Roll bins back to their original location after collection

    The only problem we encountered was the typical Seattle parking problem. No street parking near the unit and the driveway parking was very narrow and included a low concrete abutment on the house side that was not visible to the car’s radar or from the driver’s seat and difficult to interpret on the back up camera. Attaching a stake with a small flag to the driveway side of that abutment would have been very helpful.

    We loved the space and the location was perfect! Close to everything. My kids loved the heated floors in the bathroom! Everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely reach out to Carla again when we are in Seattle……hopefully able to rent the upstairs…..the back patio looked so relaxing. The neighborhood is super quiet and had lots of cute restaurants and dog/kid friendly pubs. Carla was an awesome host and communication was great! Thank you again!

    Carla is a wonderful host. Great communication and very helpful. We got upgraded to her floor of the house, and found it comfort luxurious. Especially the shower and comfy bed. Great access to downtown via 15th or Aurora when the the 5 is busy. Will reach out to them again when we come back to Seattle
