Beautiful recently renovated apartment, with incredible sea views from the large terrace on the ground floor and from the master bedroom on the upper floor and its wonderful attached terrace.

The apartmenthas two floors. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and direct access to a beautiful open terrace with incredible views of the sea. This bedroom, being the warmest due to its orientation, has air conditioning.

The other two bedrooms each have a single bed and a very large wardrobe. Each bedroom has its portable fan in case it is necessary on the hottest days of summer.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen and dining room, a small toilet, a large living room and a huge terrace with fantastic views. Part of the terrace is covered and has a sofa and a dining table, and the open part has sunbeds for sunbathing. The living room is very spacious and comfortable, with a modern 55-inch smart TV with satellite channels (Astra 19.2) and the usual Spanish TDT channels. The kitchen is comfortable and well equipped, with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, induction ceramic hob and refrigerator. There are two coffee makers, one with filter and another with capsules.

The apartment is located in a very well located urbanization, a 5-minute walk from Morro Jable beach and all the services of the town. The house is on top of a cliff and that allows you to enjoy wonderful views of the sea and on swell days you can hear the relaxing sound of the sea from the master bedroom.

It is usually easy to park on the street next to the apartment, a few meters from the door.

Common areas
The apartment is for the private use and enjoyment of guests, there are no common areas with other guests or people. There is only one small closet in the apartment that contains the owner's personal belongings that are not accessible to clients (it is locked with a padlock). The washing machine is on the property and is for the private use of guests.

Check-in
Check-in is autonomous and you will be alone throughout your stay, but we are available by phone or message if you need us or have any questions during your stay.

Other details
We are usually flexible with the check-in and check-out times of the apartment whenever possible, but it must be agreed in advance. Please ask us about it.
