Casa Amandina - Seaview House with Shared Pool and Tennis Court

The sight on the sea and the Medes Islands is incredible. Everything in the house was as mentioned. The contact wirh Bogdan was swift and cool.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bogdan (owner) was very accommodating and when we had one issue, he had someone there to fix within an hour. The upstairs is fantastic and nicely decorated. Great kitchen and bathrooms; all very nicely done. the complex is nice and has a pool. The views are incredible. The road could use some repair - drive slow. There is a/c in the master and upstairs. Could be a touch hot in the other two rooms. We just brought some a/c unit from our home in Barcelona. Bogdan - thanks for the wonderful rental and we hope to be back next summer.

We really enjoyed our stay in l’Estartit and the condo is up on a hill with good views. It was nice for our kids to have access to a pool and tennis courts. The beds are comfortable and the condo has all you need including a washing machine.

I have been coming to l'Estartit for a while now and Bogdan's house is absolutely great. The living areas are modern, open and full of light, with a wonderful view of the bay and Medes Islands. The kitchen is fully furnished, including a great automated espresso machine. Everything is brand new. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all of them with lots of light - although we tended to keep the shutters closed to avoid the sun. Two of the bedrooms are ample and the third one with bunk beds is a bit smaller, but perfect for kids. To top it all, the house is in a community with a great swimming pool - perfect for windy days on the beach - and a tennis court. You can walk to the beach but you want to have a car for shopping and such, the house is on the hill and although there are stairs, it's a bit of a hike.
